FAQ

1/ Shipping in Vietnam:
- Order will be sent out via GHTK (Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm) within 1 – 2 business days after the order is completed.
- If you are located in Ho Chi Minh City, the order could be delivered as the same day as it is done.

2/ International Shipping:
All orders are dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City, with a tracking code as soon as it is reached to the facility of shipping service (after 1 - 2 days).

- Standard Shipping – FREE
The order is dispatched by the service of Singpost, UPS, or Royal Mail depending on the destination. For Singpost, the tracking number will appear on the website after the pack arrives in Singapore. The order is estimatedly arrived within 15 – 22 business days.
- DHL Express – Fees may vary from (30-40$)
The order is estimatedly arrived within 3 – 7 business days. During the sale season, it could take longer to be delivered. We offer a discount on shipping fee depending on the value of the order.

Note:
- We are NOT responsible for any customs and taxes that may occure due to the shipment.
- We ONLY ship to residential and business addresses and are unable to deliver to Dropping Box, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Ofice) address.
