We offer LIFETIME WARRANTY for all our products with the general damage. If you have any issue with your Leacus product, please contact to us at support@leacus.com.
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to make any return and exchange.
- In the following 14 days after we receive your returned item, you will receive an email to confirm about your return and progressing to refund.
- Refund will be made within 14 working days by the same method of payment from when we send out the email of confirmation.
- We offer a cover of return shipping payment up to 25$ for international order. However, in case the error comes from our manufacturing, we will take responsibility for all the shipping cost.
1/CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- For any damage or dissatisfaction with the product during usage, you can make a return. Depending on the specific condition of the returning item, we will have to charge a restocking fee up to 70% of the original price.
- For product that are under brand new condition as when they were purchased (without bending and creasing, for watch strap the buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) or have error due to our manufacturing, you can return with the following refund:
Ready-made product: you will receive fully refund.
Customed product: you can be refunded for 80% of the original price depending on the customised features. In case you cancel your completed customised order before it is shipped, you will be charge of 20% of the original price.
2/HOW TO PACK THE RETURN ITEM:
- Please send an email at support@leacus.com to inform us of your return package as the following template: "I would like to return my <NAME OF STRAP> strap from order <#ORDER NUMBER> because <REASON FOR RETURN>. I have read and totally agree with the conditions of return and refund. Thank you!"
- We will reply to you as soon as possible with the our destination, for which you can send out the package via any postal service.
- To pack the return order, please make sure that: Include the order number inside the package so that we can easily track the progress. Preserve the product in its original packaging with bag, accessories and seal.
- Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
EXCHANGE: If you wish to exchange another product, you simply make a separate order for new item that you want and send back to us the original product, for which you will receive the refund according to the conditions above.
