Is a purely of vegetable tanned leather with a smooth grain structure. Veg leather uses animal fats (tallow) and other natural vegetable oils. This is premium leather, characterized by a beautiful smooth finish surface that makes this leather look very appealing.

A. SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City, with a tracking code as soon as it is reached to the facility of shipping service (after 1 - 2 days).

• Standard Shipping – FREE
  The order is dispatched by the service of Singpost, UPS, or Royal Mail depending on the destination.
  For Singpost, the tracking number will appear on the website after the pack arrives in Singapore.
  The order is estimatedly arrived within 15 – 22 business days.
• DHL Express – Fees may vary from (30-40$)
  The order is estimatedly arrived within 3 – 7 business days. During the sale season, it could take longer to be delivered.
  We offer a discount on shipping fee depending on the value of the order.

Shipping in Vietnam:  Order will be sent out via GHTK (Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm) within 1 – 2 business days after the order is completed.

B. RETURNS
After you received your order you will have 14 days to return it if you’re not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to send the product back in as new original condition and with its original packaging.
If you’re returning from outside the Vietnam, then please contact us first before returning.

IN USE:
- Avoid rubbing leather products against abrasive surface.
- Be careful with your heavy embellish garment and jewelry that is sharp and spiked when you mix-match with any leather item.
- Do not leave leather in the direct heat, such as exposing to the sun, leaving them inside the cars, nor using hairdryer/radiator because high temperature could drain out the natural moisture of the leather and worsen its lifetime.
- Overfilling your leather bag/wallet/card case is not recommended since leather could be stretch and loose its form.
- Avoid contacting with liquid, mosturizing cream such as hand cream, sanitizer, make-up and perfume that cause damage to the quality of your product.

CLEAN:
- Using soft cloth or brush to wash off the dust on the surface regularly, but do not use wet damp cloth (containing too much water, in case the leather takes a lot of time to dry).
- Moisturising your leather goods with Leather conditioner 1 – 2 times every 6 months to keep it supple.
- Clean stains with slight soap flakes and warm water and remember too dry out water as soon as possible. - Never put your leather items in washing machine. - Do not use alcohol to clean leather products due to its discolor affect.

STORAGE:
- Remember keeping the original dust bags/pillowcase and box to wrap the leather product inside for the purpose of maintaining its shape and form at the best condition.
- Store them in cool environment and avoid the high humidity that could cause mold and rot problem and make the color fade away.
